Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Oversee procurement of IT and Non-IT materials for locations across India.
Prepare and manage Purchase Orders, Invoices, Delivery schedules, Installation needs, and Payments.
Ensure timely processing and clearance of all vendor invoices within the stipulated TAT.
Liaise with vendors for printing requirements such as ID cards, visiting cards, letterheads, envelopes, and spring files.
Collaborate closely with the Accounts team on financial documentation and payment processes.
Generate and maintain MIS reports and trackers, and assist with audit-related queries.
Work alongside internal teams, including Admin Managers across regions, to gather purchase requirements.
Follow up with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, maintain service quality, and ensure timely deliveries.
Handle additional assigned tasks beyond procurement as required.
Manage and evaluate contracts and supervise AMC for equipment and facilities, including ACs, fire extinguishers, UPS, inverters, FRFC, and other assets.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field with 2-4 years experience in procurement or vendor management, preferably with Pan India exposure.
Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and IT/Non-IT procurement practices.
Proficient in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and skilled in communication, coordination, and negotiation.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under deadlines.
