Assistant Manager - Process Training( International Payments/ Cross- Border Transactions) - Gurgaon

Job Description: • Strong Knowledge of Swift Payments, FD, MT 103 & 202 & 202 COV with experience in middle East banking • Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and upskilling sessions for existing staff• Design, develop, and deliver training modules on: • Inward, Nostro, Vostro, TBO and outward international payments • SWIFT messaging formats (MT100, MT200 Series, etc.) • Payment investigations, charge claims, and reconciliation processes, Regulatory compliance (e.g., OFAC, FATF, AML/CFT) • Customer service protocols in payment processing • Strong knowledge of Cheque clearing, Inward, Outward, ONUS, RCD • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in international payments. • Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, and Product teams to ensure training content is accurate and aligned with business needs. • Partner with Risk, Compliance, and IT teams to ensure accurate and compliant process training • Evaluate training effectiveness through PKTs (Process Knowledge test), feedback, and process audits. • Maintain records of training attendance and performance outcomes.• Always ensure excellent housekeeping standards Qualifications • Any Bachelor’s degree BA, B.com or degree in finance, Banking, Business, or a related field (master’s preferred). • 5+ years of experience in international payments, preferably in a banking or fintech environment. • Prior experience in training, coaching, or instructional design is highly desirable. • Strong understanding of cross-border payment flows, currency conversion, and correspondent banking. • Strong understanding of Cheque clearing, Outward, Inward, ONUS, RCD • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS). • Certified Payments Professional (CPP) – (additional advantage) • SWIFT Certified Specialist (additional Advantage) Show more Show less
