Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the company's key performance indicators by delivering an exceptional in-store experience. In order to do this, the candidate will build and train an effective team, and effectively incorporate business trends and customer feedback into the training of employees. Responsibilities: Manage the NDT department to ensure that all product or service the company provides are fit for purpose and meets both external and internal requirements, including legal compliance and customer expectations. Preparation and approval of NDT procedures, Work instruction, Technique Sheets and Check list Ensure all NDT activities is performed in accordance with customer specific requirements Directs personnel engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, and products. Monitor product quality and Monitor calibration Disposition of Non Conformance Management Acceptance and rejection part following NDT Configuration Audits Participation in Customer and NADCAP audits as auditee Qualifications B.Sc. Chemistry with 10 Years or BE Chemical Engineering with 8 Years of experience in Aerospace Precision Components industry. Show more Show less
