Job Description

You will be responsible for driving the company's key performance indicators by delivering an exceptional in-store experience. Your main focus will be on building and training an effective team, and incorporating business trends and customer feedback into employee training. Your responsibilities will include managing the NDT department to ensure that all products or services provided by the company meet both external and internal requirements, including legal compliance and customer expectations. You will be in charge of preparing and approving NDT procedures, work instructions, technique sheets, and checklists. Ensuring that all NDT activities are in line with customer-specific requirements will also be part of your duties. You will direct personnel engaged in inspection and testing activities to maintain continuous control over materials, facilities, and products. Monitoring product quality and calibration, as well as handling non-conformance management and the acceptance/rejection of parts following NDT, will be crucial aspects of your role. You will also be responsible for configuration audits and participating in customer and NADCAP audits as an auditee. To qualify for this position, you should have a B.Sc. in Chemistry with 10 years of experience or a BE in Chemical Engineering with 8 years of experience in the Aerospace Precision Components industry.,
