Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including PPC, social media, display, and affiliate marketing.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve ROI and achieve KPIs.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to optimize ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively to ensure optimal spend and performance across all campaigns.
  • Keyword Research: Perform comprehensive keyword research to identify high-opportunity keywords and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Audience Segmentation: Develop and implement audience segmentation strategies to target the right customers with the right messages.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing, including changes in algorithms, platform updates, and industry developments.
Job Requirement

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably within a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in performance marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Results-Oriented: Proven track record of achieving performance targets and driving growth.
