Assistant Manager – Conferences
Gurgaon, Haryana or Noida
○ Identify, onboard, and manage key voices and leaders as speakers for the conference.
○ Build and nurture relationships to ensure seamless engagement and participation.
○ Design and execute engagement initiatives to keep speakers aligned and motivated
throughout the planning and execution stages.
○ Act as the primary point of contact for all speaker-related queries and coordination.
○ Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan to manage timelines, deliverables,
and resources effectively.
○ Ensure all aspects of the conference planning process are executed efficiently and on
schedule.
○ Design a compelling and cohesive conference agenda that aligns with the event's
theme and objectives.
○ Strategically map speakers to sessions to create maximum impact and value.
○ Conceptualize and create a differentiated conference product that aligns with the overall
event goals and audience expectations.
○ Continuously innovate and refine the conference structure to enhance the attendee
experience.
○ Lead marketing and promotional campaigns to drive speaker and agenda visibility and
engagement.
○ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achieve targeted
success metrics.
A natural communicator who can inspire and engage through every interaction, whether written,
verbal, or digital.
A genuine curiosity to explore the latest trends in HR, people, work and technology space and the
agility to translate them into impactful experiences.
Experience in HR functions or familiarity with HR tech is a plus, allowing you to bring valuable insights
to the table.
A pleasing personality with a knack for fostering engaging, meaningful conversations, both with team
members and external stakeholders.
A detail-oriented professional who thrives on keeping projects on track, managing multiple priorities
with precision, and consistently meeting deadlines.
The ability to multitask, adjust priorities swiftly, and go the extra mile when projects demand
extended hours or immediate pivots.
A self-starter with a ‘can-do’ mindset, ready to take the initiative and continuously innovate to elevate
the project.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PPT) and email etiquette is essential; Comfort with
client/speaker calling and schedule coordination is a must.
A team player who thrives on working closely with others, leveraging collective ideas and strengths to
achieve shared goals.
