Job Description

Assistant Manager - Customer Experience and MIS. Customer Experience: Manage client visits end to end . Arrange for all client logistics (assist with visa, hotel reservations, airport/ground transfers, meals arrangement etc. Drafting of client agenda by working closely with leadership teams. Work with internal teams for meeting rooms reservation, organizing staff engagement events etc. MIS : Collating, preparing and uploading of monthly incentives of ~240 FTEs and ensure it is within bell curve and budget. Reconciliation of headcount by ensuring correct tagging of FTEs in Payroll system Onboarding and off-boarding of staff Maintain machine inventory Excellent in MS Office suite Years of experience- 5 to 7 years Job Location- Pune (Viman Nagar) Shifts- UK Shifts (1:30pm to 10:30pm) Qualifications Graduate
