Olga Resorts is seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager to support daily resort operations and ensure a seamless guest experience. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the hotel industry and be capable of managing teams, coordinating departments, and handling guest relations with professionalism and warmth. Key Responsibilities: Support the Operation Manager in day-to-day operations of the resort Supervise staff across departments such as front office, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by resolving complaints and overseeing service delivery Train and motivate staff to uphold resort standards and procedures Monitor inventory, supplies, and maintenance needs Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards Handle staff schedules, attendance, and performance reviews Assist in financial reporting, vendor coordination, and cost control Maintain a strong presence on the floor during peak times and events Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Experience: Hotel: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
