Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:


Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with brand goals.
  • Identify market trends, competitor insights, and guest behavior to refine marketing efforts.


Brand Management

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with property teams to maintain brand standards and storytelling.


Digital Marketing

  • Takes care of SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and website content updates.
  • Optimize performance through analytics, A/B testing, and ROI tracking.


Public Relations & Partnerships

  • Work with PR teams to secure high-impact media coverage and influencer collaborations.
  • Identify and nurture brand partnerships and collaborations to enhance visibility.


Content Creation

  • Guide and curate high-quality visual and written content that reflects the brand’s luxury identity.
  • Support creation of blogs, newsletters, brochures, and video scripts.


Events & Launches

  • Plan and execute marketing activations, property launches, and exclusive brand events.
  • Collaborate with hotel teams to promote seasonal offers and experiences.


Reporting & Analysis

  • Monitor key metrics (traffic, bookings, engagement) and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Recommend data-driven improvements to campaigns and communication.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury hospitality, travel, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Deep understanding of high-net-worth consumer behavior and luxury brand positioning.
  • Strong storytelling, creative, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, CRM tools, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
