About the Role:

At Optiminastic, we leverage on the credibility that we have built over the 7+ years of our Operations in India, working for making domestic and international brands.


The company has outsourced the majority of its work since the last couple of years and now aims to grow in-house. With the vision to regain market share and rebuild a very strong team where the service is driven with the help of tech and talent. We will demand more but will reward equally, the sense of ownership is what we look for.


We are aiming big in 2026, and we need someone who supports our vision and grows with us.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across internet platforms.
  • Coordinate with performance, content, design, and social media teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Assist in developing marketing strategies aligned with client goals and budgets.
  • Manage day-to-day client communication and address queries in a timely manner.
  • Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and brand guidelines.
  • Support senior managers in pitching ideas and preparing proposals.


Must-Haves:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a known/reputed digital marketing agency.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (paid ads, social media, SEO, content marketing).
  • Worked with performance marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients' content calendars and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic reporting tools.


Good-to-Have:

  • Experience in handling client presentations and strategy discussions.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Exposure to influencer marketing or affiliate marketing.
  • Understanding of website analytics and conversion optimization.
  • Prior experience in mentoring interns or junior executives.
