We're looking for a strategic marketing leader to join our India team and drive long-term marketing initiatives across our Australian and Indian businesses. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on brand growth, lead generation, and international program execution.

What You will Do?

Digital & Social Media Marketing

- Plan, execute, and manage performance-driven campaigns across social and digital platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Google etc.)

- Manage the content calendar and publishing schedule - Track performance and generate campaign reports with actionable insights

Brand & Content

- Assist in developing marketing collaterals – decks, brochures, presentations, case studies, etc.

- Collaborate with design, content, and external partners to maintain brand consistency

- Support storytelling across touchpoints – social, web, PR, events

Data & Reporting

- Maintain marketing dashboards using Excel/Google Sheets

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights

- Track budgets, campaign performance, and ROI metrics

Design & Presentation

- Support with basic graphic design (Canva/Adobe tools preferred)

- Prepare and polish presentations in PowerPoint for internal and external stakeholders

What You Bring?

· 3–5 years of experience in marketing/digital roles

· Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint

· Creative eye and solid project management

· Excellent communication and a collaborative mindset

Bonus: Experience in B2B, sustainability, infra, or startup environments.
