Position: Assistant Manager – Marketing & Brand Strategy Location: New Delhi (Onsite) Experience: 3–5 years Type: Full Time Are you ready to shape a brand that’s transforming clean energy across two continents? We're looking for a strategic marketing leader to join our India team and drive long-term marketing initiatives across our Australian and Indian businesses. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on brand growth, lead generation, and international program execution. What You will Do? Digital & Social Media Marketing - Plan, execute, and manage performance-driven campaigns across social and digital platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Google etc.) - Manage the content calendar and publishing schedule - Track performance and generate campaign reports with actionable insights Brand & Content - Assist in developing marketing collaterals – decks, brochures, presentations, case studies, etc. - Collaborate with design, content, and external partners to maintain brand consistency - Support storytelling across touchpoints – social, web, PR, events Data & Reporting - Maintain marketing dashboards using Excel/Google Sheets - Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights - Track budgets, campaign performance, and ROI metrics Design & Presentation - Support with basic graphic design (Canva/Adobe tools preferred) - Prepare and polish presentations in PowerPoint for internal and external stakeholders What You Bring? · 3–5 years of experience in marketing/digital roles · Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint · Creative eye and solid project management · Excellent communication and a collaborative mindset Bonus: Experience in B2B, sustainability, infra, or startup environments. Position: Intern – Marketing & Brand Strategy Location: New Delhi (Onsite) Experience: 0–2 years Type: Full-time Are you ready to shape a brand that’s transforming clean energy across two continents? We're looking for a strategic marketing leader to join our India team and drive long-term marketing initiatives across our Australian and Indian businesses. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on brand growth, lead generation, and international program execution. We’re looking for a Marketing Intern to join our India team and gain hands-on exposure to digital marketing, social media, brand building, research, CRM, and lead management. What you’ll do: Support digital & social media campaigns (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) Assist with content calendars, research & competitor analysis Manage leads and actively work on Zoho CRM Create basic designs and marketing collaterals (Canva) Work on reports, presentations, and data dashboards What we’re looking for: Students/fresh grads in Marketing, Communication, or related fields Strong interest in sustainability and branding Comfortable with Excel, PPT, Canva (Zoho CRM knowledge is a plus) Creative, curious, and eager to learn What you’ll get: Exposure to a 360° marketing & CRM role Opportunity to work directly with the Marketing & Brand Strategy Head Certificate + Letter of Recommendation on successful completion Stipend offered
