Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager MarCom with 4 to 8 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and communication, with excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
Create and execute comprehensive communication plans to engage target audiences.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in marketing and communication, preferably in the hospitality industry.
