Job Description

1-3 years experience of working with a Real Estate central market

Roles

and

Responsibilities

Work on growing a strong channel partner (CP) network for central zone and
driving sales through them Conducting regular CP meetings and periodically activating new CPs in the allocated micro-market Ensure retention and engagement with existing CPs Understand CP potential and accordingly extend the required marketing support to deserving CPs Be up to date with the micro-market news, aware of competition (new projects launches, schemes, incentives, inventory, etc) Assist in organizing and managing channel partner workshops and events organized by the management Support the site head in creating micro-market strategy Support the core CPs in creating a lead generation plan Manage any complaints from the respective activated CPs
