1Mapping, analysis and monitoring of sustainability parameters of suppliers
Development of emission reduction projects at suppliers Management of conflict minerals reporting Training to suppliers on sustainability requirements Prepare accurate & timely sustainability reports Prepare top management reports for KPI tracking of sustainability parameters

Behavioural & Soft skills Ability to maintain result-oriented approach with attention to details Should be a team player with negotiation skills and conflict resolution skills Willingness to learn, highly adaptable to changing environments Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good analytical, logical reasoning & presentation skills

Technical Proficiency in Carbon accounting principles / GHG protocol corporate standards Deep understanding of Renewable Energy policies across the country Net Zero & Science Based Targets (SBTi) understanding Carbon credit & Offset market basics Life Cycle Assessment & Circular economy principles Gamut of Environmental compliances such as EPR Conflict Minerals Reporting Sustainability framework & deliverables in Supply Chain ESG reporting frameworks such as BRSR, GRI Advanced proficiency in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint Knowledge on Power BI is desirable
