Key Objectives of the Job Drive impactful communications to support and advance Arpan’s strategic goals. Shape public awareness and influence socio-cultural norms to prevent and address CSA. Strengthen Arpan’s brand positioning as a thought leader and a leading organisation in CSA prevention and intervention. Align communications and programmatic strategies to amplify large-scale change and systemic impact. Major Deliverables Co-develop and implement a communications strategy aligned with Arpan’s mission and strategic goals. Conceptualize, design, and execute public awareness and stakeholder-specific campaigns. Create and oversee engaging, consistent content across mass and digital media platforms. Ensure timely, high-quality execution of communication plans and initiatives. Write, review, and edit content to maintain accuracy, clarity, and impact. Lead internal communications efforts to enhance employee engagement and alignment with organizational goals. Guide and mentor the team to produce high-quality, relevant designs and content. Establish and optimize systems and processes for seamless execution of communication efforts. Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness using key metrics. Support partnerships and events. Job Challenge Navigate complex and sensitive communications on CSA while balancing multiple priorities and working within budget constraints. Specialized job competencies Branding and design sensibility – ability to maintain and enhance Arpan’s brand identity across all communication materials. Campaign Strategy and Execution – Proven track record of designing and successfully implementing impactful awareness and engagement campaigns. Understanding of the communications and media landscape. Digital & Data-Driven Communication – Proficiency in digital platforms, analytics, and campaign strategies to enhance outreach and engagement. Results-Oriented Project Management – ability to oversee multiple projects, ensuring successful completion within scope, budget, and timelines, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality. Strong Communication Skills – Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences. Team management. Educational Qualification Post-graduation / Master’s degree in Communications /Media /Marketing /Public Relations Desired Experience 7-12 years of experience of relevant experience Other desired attributes Prior experience of working in the social impact space is desirable but not a must. Strong interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders, including media, NGOs, government agencies, and internal teams. Location- Mumbai Salary range As per market standards.
