Position Summary: (Brief about the position)

We are seeking an experienced legal professional to manage litigation, real estate

documentation (leave and license agreements, lease deeds), property due diligence, agreement

review and negotiations, and employment law matters. The role will also involve SOP creation,

mentoring a legal resource (if any), and providing strategic legal support on projects assigned by

the Legal Head.

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

* Review and draft and negotiate a wide variety of contracts and correspondence including leases, related documents, licenses to use, amenities agreements, brokerage agreements, routine notices, termination letters and amendments.

* Assist in due diligence process with respect to fundraiser rounds.

* Liaison with external lawyers for due diligence and any other property related matters.

* Respond to legal notices.

* Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for real estate transactions.

* Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place before real estate transactions are executed.

* Ensuring that all property documentations are in line with the property laws and regulations and company policies.

* The candidate should have strong communication skills, an enthusiastic and reliable worker show keen interest to understand business and manage quick turnaround times.

* Handle agreement review and negotiations for commercial/vendor contracts.

* Advise on employment laws, domestic enquiries, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.

* Create and implement SOPs for legal processes and compliance.

* Assist the Legal Head on assigned projects and cross-functional initiatives.
