Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Thane. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, developing and implementing programs, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects. The role also includes monitoring and evaluating program outcomes, preparing reports, and contributing to strategic planning and decision-making processes.

Program Management and Coordination skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using technology for educational and social improvement
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with government, educational institutions, and NGOs is beneficial
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Social Work, Management, or related fields
