Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager L&D with 4-6 years of experience to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies to enhance employee performance.
  • Design and deliver training programs tailored to meet business objectives.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and develop targeted interventions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align learning initiatives with business goals.
  • Manage the budget and ensure effective utilization of resources.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and recommend improvements.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in learning and development, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with learning management systems and data analysis tools.
