Job Summary: You will play a key role in delivering engaging and impactful learning experiences across the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to support the execution of the training calendar through facilitation, coordination, and content customisation where required. You will work closely with the L&D team and business stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of training programs aligned with business goals. This role requires strong facilitation skills, attention to detail, and a passion for enabling people development. While the focus will be on training delivery, you will also contribute to content development, training logistics, and post-training feedback analysis. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate soft skills, behavioral, and functional training sessions across all levels in alignment with the training calendar. Customize and localize training content and materials based on team-specific needs. Partner with business leaders to identify learning needs and recommend appropriate interventions. Coordinate training logistics including scheduling, participant management, material preparation, and venue setup. Use interactive tools and methods to foster high engagement during sessions. Track attendance, gather participant feedback, and analyze training effectiveness and ROI. Maintain training records, feedback reports, and ensure documentation compliance. Stay updated with the latest L&D trends, technologies, and best practices. Manage and support the implementation of a Learning Management System (LMS). Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure training aligns with business goals and expectations. Required Competencies: Strong facilitation and presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse learners. Proficiency in both in-person and virtual training delivery formats. Ability to develop basic training flow and content independently. Analytical mindset to measure training effectiveness and recommend improvements. Strong working knowledge of MS office including excel and google sheets. Excellent planning and coordination skills to manage multiple training sessions simultaneously. Qualifications & Experience: Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or related field. Minimum 4+ years of experience in corporate training, with a focus on training delivery. Familiarity with a mix of learning methodologies including mentoring, coaching, e-learning, workshops, and simulations. Experience in content development and using e-learning tools is an advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Certification in training, facilitation, or coaching is preferred but not mandatory.
