KEY DELIVERABLES

  • Assist in coordinating and executing IT projects and programs under the digital transformation roadmap across functions such as

    Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, CX

    , and

    HR

    .
  • Collaborate with

    IT Partner PMs

    ,

    Corporate IT teams

    (Infra, Applications, Security, Data & Analytics), and

    Business ITs

    to support project execution and tracking.
  • Track project milestones, dependencies, and timelines; escalate risks or delays proactively.
  • Support

    UAT coordination

    , user training, and onboarding activities for business stakeholders.
  • Assist in monitoring

    KPIs and business outcomes

    post-implementation; contribute to reporting and analysis.
  • Participate in

    change management

    activities and help drive user adoption of new systems.
  • Gather feedback, document issues, and follow up on enhancements and process improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to internal

    IT governance

    ,

    security

    , and

    compliance

    standards.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to support timely delivery and quality execution
  • Performs other similar or related duties and plans as required /directed by CDO


ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES

Education background

  • BE/Btech/M Sc /BSC or equivalent

Years of experience

  • 6-8 years

    of experience in IT project management, with a strong focus on

    S4HANA

    and functional knowledge in

    Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Customer Experience (CX),

    and

    HR

    .
  • Good understanding of S4HANA

    , including functional modules and processes, and hands-on experience in

    S4HANA implementation or support

    .
  • Proven track record in

    change management

    and

    post-implementation support

    , with a focus on achieving

    user adoption

    and tracking

    business KPIs

    .
  • Familiarity with

    data analytics

    and

    reporting tools

    for monitoring performance and KPIs.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • PMP/Agile/Prince2

    certification preferred
