Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 6-8 years of proven experience in international marketing and sales within the transformer or electrical equipment industry.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in the electrical manufacturing industry is a plus
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage multiple projects

Key Responsibilities

• Tender Management:

  Identify and respond to international tenders and enquiries. Collaborate with agents and regional offices to analyze competitors and develop effective pricing strategies.

• Cross-Department Coordination:

  Liaise with Design, PPC, Materials, QA, and Finance teams to prepare and submit accurate quotations.

• Sales Negotiation:

  Conduct follow-ups and lead techno-commercial negotiations to successfully close orders.

• Contract Review:

  Analyze purchase orders, request necessary amendments, and coordinate with Design and QA teams for compliance.

• Documentation & Approvals:

  Manage contract documentation and ensure timely approval of technical and commercial documents from clients.

• Execution Oversight:

  Participate in contract review meetings with execution teams to resolve logistics and delivery issues.

• Technical Evaluation:

  Review customer specifications and recommend optimal transformer designs.

• MIS Reporting:

  Prepare and maintain departmental MIS reports for performance tracking and decision-making.

• Inspection & Dispatch:

  Coordinate inspections and obtain dispatch instructions from customers or end users.

• Order Execution:

  Ensure timely execution of orders by following up with internal departments.

• Payment Follow-up:

  Engage with customers to expedite payments and resolve financial queries.

• Bank Guarantee Management:

  Monitor issuance and compliance of all types of bank guarantees.
