Job Title: International Marketing & Sales Executive Industry: Electrical Equipment Manufacturing (Transformers) Employment Type: Full-time Location: Hyderabad Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering. 6-8 years of proven experience in international marketing and sales within the transformer or electrical equipment industry. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Previous experience in the electrical manufacturing industry is a plus Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage multiple projects Key Responsibilities Tender Management: Identify and respond to international tenders and enquiries. Collaborate with agents and regional offices to analyze competitors and develop effective pricing strategies. Cross-Department Coordination: Liaise with Design, PPC, Materials, QA, and Finance teams to prepare and submit accurate quotations. Sales Negotiation: Conduct follow-ups and lead techno-commercial negotiations to successfully close orders. Contract Review: Analyze purchase orders, request necessary amendments, and coordinate with Design and QA teams for compliance. Documentation & Approvals: Manage contract documentation and ensure timely approval of technical and commercial documents from clients. Execution Oversight: Participate in contract review meetings with execution teams to resolve logistics and delivery issues. Technical Evaluation: Review customer specifications and recommend optimal transformer designs. MIS Reporting: Prepare and maintain departmental MIS reports for performance tracking and decision-making. Inspection & Dispatch: Coordinate inspections and obtain dispatch instructions from customers or end users. Order Execution: Ensure timely execution of orders by following up with internal departments. Payment Follow-up: Engage with customers to expedite payments and resolve financial queries. Bank Guarantee Management: Monitor issuance and compliance of all types of bank guarantees.
