Summary:
The Inside Sales Executive plays a crucial role in the customer acquisition journey, serving as the first point of contact between IFTAS and potential clients (Banks, NBFCs and FinTech’s). We are seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Executive to support outreach and lead generation for IFTAS’ Banking Cloud (IBC) and digital infrastructure offerings. This role involves connecting with potential clients over phone/email, educating them on IBC benefits, and passing qualified leads to the sales Band business development team. The primary objective is to generate interest, schedule introductory meetings, and pass leads for further engagement.
Experience:
1. Minimum 4 years of experience in Inside Sales in BFS industry (preferably in IT/cloud) 2. Strong communication skills in English. 3. Basic understanding of cloud solutions
Knowledge:
1. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. 2. Understanding of cloud technology. 3. Prior experience in inside sales in tech/SaaS/cloud domain.
Skills:
1. Excellent interpersonal, communication skills. 2. Lead Nurturing: Follow-up discipline, managing multiple conversations. 3. Understanding of technology, preferably cloud technology 4. Fluent in English
1. Make outbound calls or send emails to potential customers (Banks, NBFCs and FinTech's) to introduce IBC cloud services, generate leads and set up product demos.
2. Understand basic cloud offerings and position IFTAS Cloud effectively. 3. Maintain call logs, feedback, follow-ups, and assist in nurturing prospects. 4. Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and product teams to relay market feedback and improve outreach strategy. 5. Submit weekly reports on outreach metrics, lead quality and conversion progress.
