Job Description

Looking to onboard a skilled Assistant Manager Human Resources with 4-7 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
Develop and implement effective HR strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
Coordinate employee benefits programs, compensation plans, and performance management systems.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining a positive employer brand reputation.
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to senior management for business decisions.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in human resources, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team of HR professionals.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
Experience with HR software and systems, including recruitment and talent management tools.
