Role Description

We are seeking an Assistant Manager – Human Resources for a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai. The Assistant Manager will oversee HR operations, including managing employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and compliance with labor laws. Additional responsibilities include performance management, professional development strategies, and cultivating a cohesive organizational culture. The role also involves supporting management in crafting HR policies and ensuring their effective implementation.
