You should have 2-3 years of experience in a Chat, Email, or Phone Support environment. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively. In case of complex problems, you should escalate them to the appropriate department or personnel. Your duties will also include recording and documenting customer interactions and transactions. This involves capturing details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken. Additionally, you must follow up on customer interactions when necessary. It is important for you to recognize, document, and alert the management team of any trends observed in customer calls. Lastly, you should be comfortable working on a shift basis to ensure seamless customer support coverage.,
