MyHealthBuddy has coached 75,000+ women through science-based health programs and is now expanding via Omama — India’s first postpartum healing clinics. With a 150+ remote-first team, we’re hiring an HR Assistant Manager to help us scale while keeping our culture strong.

What You’ll Do

• Manage hiring across roles — coaches, physios, sales, and marketing.

• Maintain HR records, onboarding, and HRMS operations.

• Support payroll, compliance, and engagement initiatives.

• Build and refine simple HR processes as we scale.

You Should Have

• 2–3 years of HR generalist + TA experience (startup/health/wellness preferred).

• Excellent communication and execution skills.

• Strong ownership and comfort with HR tools & spreadsheets.
