Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Training program development:
Create and deliver comprehensive training sessions for clinical and non-clinical staff.
Assess training needs:
Identify skill gaps and develop targeted training initiatives.
Standardization of practices:
Train staff on SOPs to ensure patient care and operations consistency.
Compliance training:
Conduct programs on patient safety, data privacy, infection control, POSH and other mandatory programs.
Leadership development:
Train and mentor managers to strengthen leadership skills.
Enhance consumer experience:
Enhance communication and soft skills to improve patient interactions.
Evaluate training outcomes:
Use feedback and performance metrics to measure training effectiveness.
Drive effective usage of LMS:
Continuously monitor usage to drive effective usage and adoption of MH Academy.
Maintain training records:
Document all training activities and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
Continuous improvement:
Identify areas for improvement in training content and delivery.
New employee induction:
Conduct mandatory training that is a part of new employee induction.
Learning analysis and dashboards:
Share periodic learning updates and dashboards with relevant stakeholders.
