Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handling of recruitment process

  • Identifying recruitment needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.

  • Use various sourcing methods (job portals, social media, employee referrals, campus hiring, etc.)

  • Conducting pre-screening interviews to assess candidates skills, experiences, and fit for the role.
  • Schedule interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders.

  • Presenting job opportunities to qualified candidates and negotiating employment terms.

  • Providing regular updates and feedback to both candidates and hiring Manager throughout the hiring process.

Offer and Appointment Letter Management

  • Prepare and extend job offers and appointment letters.
  • Negotiate salary and joining conditions when needed.
  • Handle rejections professionally and maintain candidate engagement.

Pre-boarding Activities

  • Send welcome emails and onboarding schedules.
  • Collect and verify pre-employment documents (IDs, certifications, background checks).
  • Coordinate IT asset and account setup.
  • Induction planning

Follow-Up and Feedback

  • Gather feedback from new hires on the onboarding experience.
  • Identify and implement improvements to the onboarding process.

  • HRIS and Record Management

  • Enter and update employee information in HR systems.
  • Ensure all legal and compliance documents are signed and stored.

Key Skills Required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with HR software (e.g., Success Factor)
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage timelines
  • Strong people-centric and problem-solving attitude

Education:

MBA / MSW - Human resource

Experience:

4 to 8 years of relevant experience
