Job Description

You will be responsible for providing strategic HR advisory services to senior leaders, aligning HR policies and strategies with business objectives. This includes offering guidance to people managers on best practices, policies, and employee relations to shape a high-performing culture. You will act as an employee champion by promoting a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture, addressing concerns effectively, and driving impactful employee engagement initiatives. Partnering with leaders, you will implement strategies to enhance team cohesion, employee morale, and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders to align HR policies with business objectives - Provide guidance to people managers on best practices, policies, and employee relations - Shape a high-performing culture through tailored HR solutions - Champion employee engagement and promote a positive workplace culture - Address employee concerns through conflict resolution and investigations - Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster satisfaction and commitment - Implement strategies to enhance team cohesion and employee morale - Oversee the performance management cycle and educate managers on setting goals and conducting reviews - Develop, refine, and communicate HR policies to ensure compliance with business requirements - Stay updated on changing regulations and advise leadership on necessary policy updates - Lead HR projects such as employee engagement programs and talent development frameworks - Use data-driven solutions to address organizational challenges and improve HR effectiveness - Implement initiatives to build leadership pipelines and strengthen organizational capability - Leverage HR data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for decision-making - Share insights with leadership to shape strategic decisions and plan ahead Qualifications Required: - Outstanding oral and written communication skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Self-starter with a sense of ownership and accountability - Team player with excellent collaboration skills - High integrity and professionalism - Bonus: Prior experience in a managerial role,
