Assistant Manager-HRBP

You will be responsible for providing strategic HR advisory services to senior leaders, aligning HR policies and strategies with business objectives. This includes offering guidance to people managers on best practices, policies, and employee relations to shape a high-performing culture. You will act as an employee champion by promoting a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture, addressing concerns effectively, and driving impactful employee engagement initiatives. Partnering with leaders, you will implement strategies to enhance team cohesion, employee morale, and satisfaction.
