Job Description

As an Assistant Manager, HR Business Partner for Global Operations, you will be responsible for supporting various operational functions such as Manufacturing, Logistics, Distribution, R&D, among others. Your role will involve leading the business-facing HR initiatives, executing talent management strategies, enhancing employee engagement, managing performance, ensuring employee retention, shaping the organizational culture, and implementing HR policies and processes in collaboration with HR Centers of Excellences (COEs) and Global Business Services (GBSs). Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Global Operations leaders to understand business priorities and develop HR strategies accordingly. - Drive talent management programs including workforce planning, leadership planning, and talent reviews. - Oversee the performance management process to cultivate a performance-oriented culture. - Support employee engagement, capability development, and organizational efficiency within assigned functions. - Provide guidance to managers on talent development, conflict resolution, and organizational changes. - Work closely with COEs (Talent Acquisition, L&D, C&B, etc.) to deliver effective HR solutions. - Utilize data and analytics for insights, performance tracking, and decision-making. - Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor laws, and handle any ER/IR issues proactively. - Lead or contribute to cross-functional HR projects and change initiatives. Qualifications Required: - MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputable institute. - 8-12 years of HR experience, preferably in Operations/Manufacturing/Distribution or related fields. - Ability to function as a strategic partner to senior leaders. - Proficient knowledge of Indian labor laws, HR systems, and best practices. - Capability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a dynamic environment. - Strong communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills. - Experience in Business Partnering within a global company or industry.
