The role involves performing sales operations and managing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. You will be responsible for inputting data accurately and in a timely manner for all customer contacts. Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, as well as expanding Niveus footprint within existing accounts and new accounts from the google list of corporate accounts will be part of your responsibilities. Passing qualified leads to Business Development Managers and recommending high-level solutions based on customer needs are crucial aspects of the role. You will be required to develop rapport, gather information to improve relations, and close business deals. Acting as a liaison between the Google sales team and Niveus Sales & Presales teams, you will assist Business Development Managers in meeting revenue quota and performance metrics goals. Participation in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and performance will be expected. Setting up meetings with clients to understand their business requirements and coordinating with Niveus Business Development Managers and Partners to identify target accounts are essential tasks. You will also be responsible for increasing the effectiveness of tools and communication channels, recognizing opportunities for innovation, and sending out email campaigns. The role requires proactive implementation of new systems and processes, as well as giving technical demonstrations of various products and services to prospective customers. Adherence to all applicable requirements, policies, and procedures specified by the organization regarding quality and information security is necessary. Qualifications: - At least 6 months to 2 years of experience as an Inside Sales Associate. - B.
