Job Description

As an Assistant Manager HR & Admin, you will be responsible for various key aspects in the HR & Admin department. Your main roles and responsibilities will include: - Coordinating the Recruitment & Selection Process. - Managing the entire Employee Life Cycle from Onboarding to Exit. - Conducting Induction, Training & Development activities. - Supervising Security personnel and ensuring policy compliance. - Handling Performance Management, Increment & Promotions, internal transfers, and confirmations. - Ensuring statutory compliances such as Minimum Wages Act, PF, ESIC, PT, Shops & Establishment, and CLRA registers. - Managing Govt. Licensing requirements like Factory license, RC, PF, ESIC. - Ensuring timely statutory compliances and other legal requirements. - Managing Time Office, Leave & Attendance Cycle. - Resolving Conflict Management & Employee Grievances. - Maintaining 5S and Housekeeping standards. - Implementing ISO/IATF system effectively and maintaining documentation. - Handling Manpower including Contract/on-roll employees. - Processing bills for Security, Contract Labours, Tea, Telephone, and Bus. - Conducting performance evaluations for all employees. - Enhancing the skillsets (Skill Matrix) of the workforce and reviewing them regularly. - Managing employee benefits, including broker/vendor relationships, enrolment, claims resolution, and employee inquiries. - Collaborating with internal Teams on the finalised Process flow and conducting regular meetings for process improvements. - Establishing effective partnerships with Employees, Vendors & Stakeholders. - Identifying opportunities for process enhancements and increased productivity. You should have proficiency in MS Office, Basic & Advanced Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint. Please note that the work schedule for this position is Full-time and Permanent, with Day shift timings. The work location is in person. Kindly ensure that your experience aligns with the requirements mentioned, preferably from the Manufacturing/Service industry.,
