Ø To maintain and enhance the organizations human resources by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs and practices.

Screening & recruiting of off roll workers as per requirement…. through contractors… to place right person on right position in stipulated period.

Induction of workers (one day/on the job – 6 days) to understand the company rules & regulations.

Ensure Compliance at unit level as per guidance & instruction from Central HR team.

Maintain & ensure accurate time office functions.

Timely preparation of MIS report as per requirement of management on monthly basic ( like Unit DB preparation, Head count cost)

Ensure training for workers as per the plan for improving productivity.

Reduce Cost of Administration Budget through various initiatives.

At unit level: PF related works, Mediclaim benefit

Doing Employee engagement activities as per plan at plant level

Handling unit petty cash with proper accounting

Documentation as per the Standards of ISO (QMS/HSE), OHSAS

Face the internal & external audits at unit level

Disciplinary action has been taken as per the guidance & instructions from the Central HR team.

Maintain HR activity at plant level

Plant level Compliance activities as per the law

Preliminary Screening of candidate for off roll employee recruitment (operator and helper).
