Assistant Manager - HR

1. Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns regarding employees.

2. policy development and documentation.

3. employee safety, welfare, wellness and health.

5. Liasoning with all statutory and IR compliances in the industry.

6. Planning human resource requirements in consultation with Heads of different functional and operational areas, organizing selection interviews and induction programs.

7. Responsible to handle all statutory records.

8. Responsible for preparing, planning & facilitating the performance appraisal process for employees and ensuring it is conducted as per the defined periodical regulations.

9. Identifying the training needs of the departments in co-ordination with department heads.

10. Formulates and recommends Human Resources policies and objectives for the company on any topic associated with employee relations and employee rights.

11. Conducts investigations when employee complaints or concerns are brought forth.

12. Reviews, guides, and approves management recommendations for employment terminations.

13. Establishes the company wage and salary structure, pay policies, and oversees the variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and raises.

14. Protects the interests of employees and the company in accordance with company Human Resources policies and governmental laws and regulations. Minimizes risk.

15. Designs, directs and manages a company-wide development that addresses issues such as succession planning, superior workforce development, key employee retention, organization design, and change management.
