Job Description

Job Title:

  • Oversee onboarding formalities and ensure a seamless new hire experience.

Employee Engagement & Retention:

  • Design and implement engagement initiatives to boost employee morale and satisfaction.
  • Conduct stay interviews and support retention strategies.
  • Drive internal communication and culture-building activities.

Performance Management:

  • Facilitate goal setting, mid-year, and annual review cycles.
  • Coordinate with department heads to drive performance improvement plans.

HR Operations:

  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR dashboards, and MIS reports.
  • Ensure timely payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance tracking.

Learning & Development:

  • Identify skill gaps and recommend training programs.
  • Coordinate internal and external learning interventions.
  • Track training effectiveness and ROI.

Policy Implementation & HR Strategy:

  • Contribute to the review and rollout of HR policies and processes.
  • Provide inputs for continuous process improvement and HR automation.

Offboarding & Exit Management:

  • Manage the entire exit process including resignation acceptance, clearance, and exit interviews.
  • Ensure smooth handover and documentation from departing employees.
  • Analyse exit interview data to identify attrition trends and improvement areas.
  • Coordinate with IT, Finance, and Admin for final settlement, asset recovery, and system access revocation.
  • Maintain and update offboarding reports and ensure adherence to timelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in core HR functions.
  • Sound knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and experience with HRMS tools.
