Assistant Manager - HR (Payroll)

As an HR Expert/ Assistant Manager at Berkadia Services India Pvt Ltd, based in Hyderabad, India, you will be an integral part of the Human Resources department. Reporting to the Assistant Manager/ Manager Human Resources, you will play a crucial role in various HR functions such as Time and Attendance, Taxation, Labor compliance, CLRA, Audits, and more. Your responsibilities will include handling Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Statutory processes, ensuring Labor compliance, managing Contract employment, handling Gratuity claims, and assisting in Audits. You will also be involved in designing and executing employee helpdesk, roadshow sessions, and grievance handling to enhance the customer experience within the Function. A key aspect of this role will be your ability to analyze HR analytics, create dashboards, and present data with actionable insights. You will also be expected to coordinate with leaders for F&F data, ensure labor compliance, assist in internal audit checks, and support in the design and execution of Helpdesk and roadshow sessions. To excel in this position, you should hold an MBA in HR/ MSW with a minimum of 6+ years of work experience. Proficiency in MS Excel, including Macros and Power BI, is essential. Strong communication, presentation, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills are crucial. Exposure to data analytics and data science is mandatory, and the ability to think creatively in problem-solving situations is highly valued. Flexibility in working shifts, the capacity to handle multiple projects under pressure, and the willingness to travel within India and internationally when required are prerequisites for this role.
