Assistant Manager - HR

As an Assistant Manager HR at our factory located in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions to ensure a positive work environment and compliance with labor laws. Your qualifications should include an MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent, along with at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing setup. Key Responsibilities: - Manage recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning processes. - Maintain employee records, HR documents, and reports. - Address employee grievances and promote a positive work environment. - Support training, performance appraisals, and employee development. - Ensure implementation of HR policies and compliance with labor laws.
