Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus. Experience: 3-5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 1-2 years in an HR generalist or similar role. Skills: Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
