Assistant Manager - HR

As a Human Resource Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, training, and development. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing the recruitment process from sourcing to interviewing candidates and handling employee onboarding and documentation. - Addressing employee grievances, fostering a positive work environment, and organizing engagement activities. - Assisting in salary processing and ensuring timely submission of statutory challans. - Supporting performance appraisal systems and analyzing employee performance reports. - Ensuring adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and maintaining employee master data. - Identifying training needs, organizing training sessions, and maintaining training records. - Preparing HR-related MIS reports, managing HR records, and documentation. Qualifications & Experience: - Masters Degree in Human Resource Management or related field. - 4-6 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role. - Sound knowledge of labor laws, PF/ESIC, and statutory compliance. Skills Required: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
