Manager Accounts & Finance

As a Manager - Accounts & Finance at our company, your role will involve overseeing the financial operations and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing monthly Balance sheet & P&L statements - Providing financial reports and insights to the management team - Budgeting and fund planning - Analyzing costs, pricing, and sales performance - Overseeing the finance department operations and setting objectives - Collaborating with the tax department for tax planning and projects - Assisting in income tax preparation and planning - Completing draft Tax calculations and filing Income Tax returns - Preparing GST Returns and filing with Inland Revenue - Resolving tax and accounting issues - Updating financial spreadsheets with daily transactions - Coordinating with the bank for financial assistance and paperwork - Creating cost analysis reports Qualifications and Skills required: - Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification - 3 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field - Strong knowledge of Tally & SAP - In-depth understanding of local, state, and central tax regulations This is a full-time position based in Lucknow.
