Role & responsibilities

oversee an organization's financial reporting, ensure compliance, manage the accounting team, and handle accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, and audits to maintain financial stability.

• Financial Oversight:

  Oversees all financial accounting functions, including cash receipts, treasury, general ledger, and accounts payable/receivable.

• Financial Reporting & Analysis:

  Prepares and analyzes financial statements, budgets, and cash flow to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.

• Budgeting & Forecasting:

  Participates in developing and managing annual budgets and forecasts to align resources with financial goals.

• Compliance:

  Ensures the company adheres to accounting policies, procedures, and relevant regulations and conducts internal audits.

• Team Leadership:

  Manages and mentors the accounting department staff, ensuring timely and accurate financial work.

• Process Improvement:

  Implements accounting best practices and improves accounting operations.
