Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with business goals • Handle employee grievances and ensure timely resolution

• Drive employee engagement, retention, and attrition management

• Manage performance management (goal setting, appraisals, feedback)

• Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements

• Support workforce planning and succession planning


Desired Candidate Profile:

• 6+ years of strong HRBP experience (ITES / Healthcare / BPO preferred)

• Hands-on expertise in employee relations, grievance handling, retention, and performance management

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

About the Role

Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct engaging

    training and coaching sessions

    for new hires and existing employees on RCM processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Design, develop, and update

    training materials

    , process documents, and assessments.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with

    operations and quality teams

    to identify training needs, skill gaps, and coaching opportunities.
  • Provide ongoing

    floor support

    for process clarifications and performance enhancement.
  • Maintain accurate

    training and coaching records

    and performance reports.



Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Minimum

    4+ years of experience

    in

    end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (US Healthcare)

    .
  • Strong knowledge in

    billing, payment posting, denial management, and AR follow-up

    .
  • Excellent

    communication, coaching, and presentation skills

    .
  • Ability to manage multiple batches and deliver impactful coaching/training sessions.
  • Prior experience as a

    Process Coach or RCM Trainer

    is highly preferred.
