Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Coimbatore for an AR Caller. The AR Caller will be responsible for managing account receivables by contacting insurance companies, reviewing claims status, resolving denials, identifying trends in denials, and ensuring timely submission of claims. The role requires systematic follow-up to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement, and documenting relevant information accurately in the system.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and proficiency in English
• 2024, 2025 Freshers are Eligible
• Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Knowledge of medical billing and coding
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with billing software
• Experience in the healthcare or medical billing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
