Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - HR & Admin located in Bangalore Urban. The role involves overseeing day-to-day HR and administrative tasks, managing employee relations, recruitment, and implementing HR policies and procedures. The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for coordinating administrative functions and ensuring efficient office operations.

  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
  • Administrative management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
