Designation: Sr. Officer / Asst. Manager Department: HR & Admin Qualification: B.Com / MSW/ MBA Work Experience: Atleast 5-6 Years in similar position Work Location: Jejuri, Maharashtra CTC: Negotiable 5 – 5.5 lacs Per Annum Preference – Male Candidate (From in and around Jejuri) Desired Skills: Good Communication Skills, Drafting Skills, conversant to computer – MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook, emails, good in surfing internet sites, Contract Management, ESIC, PF. Job Description 1) To look after all legal compliances, Statutory Registers, update the same in Legatrix System, maintain time keeping records of on roll as well as contract workers. 2) To look after all kind of IR related issues, to keep interacting with all government officials like Labour Commissioner, Directors of the factory office, Employees state insurance corporation, Executive Engineer MIDC, Local Police station, officials of Maharashtra Pollution Control Board, Director of District Industries Center, Executive Engineer MSEDCL, Labour welfare officials etc. 3) Look after activities of renewal of Labour RC, Factory Licenses, MPCB Consent, Labour Licenses etc. 4) To attain the auditors for legal audits as well as administrative and contract billing audits. 5) To conduct medical checkup of the employees, conduct statutory safety audit of the plant. 6) Conduct mock drill and submission reports of the same which are the requirement of the Factories Act. 7) Quarterly returns ER-I of employment office, ESIC monthly return, Annual return of Factory office as well as Labour office, quarterly return of DG Duty, Half yearly return of Maharashtra labour welfare board in Form A1. 8) To process contractor’s monthly bills, hotel and travel arrangement of auditors and visitors and to process related bills. 9) Maintaining legal records of company as well as of contract workers, security guards and on roll employees. 10) Performing formalities of new joining on roll employees, full and final settlements of the employees.
