Role & responsibilities Business Development & Lead Generation Relationship Management Sales & Conversion Market Research & Analysis Branding & Marketing Support Key Accountabilities: Identify and develop new referral sources and partnership opportunities to increase patient footfall. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with gynecologists, clinics, and hospitals to generate referrals. Track and follow up on inquiries, leads, and prospects to achieve patient conversion targets. Plan and execute awareness programs, medical camps, seminars, and digital campaigns in coordination with the marketing team. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to support strategic planning. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools; generate regular reports for performance analysis. Work toward monthly and quarterly business targets as set by senior management. Represent the IVF centre at external events and ensure consistent brand messaging.
