Role & responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Marketing Head to lead our hospital's marketing efforts and promote the services to the community. Responsibilities: 1. Doctor Liaison: Collaborate with Doctors and clinical departments to promote hospital services, build referral relationships, and facilitate doctor engagement in marketing initiatives. 9. Events and Sponsorships: Plan and coordinate hospital events, sponsorships, and community outreach programs to raise awareness and promote goodwill in the community. 10. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, patient acquisition costs, and return on investment (ROI), to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions. 11. Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve marketing goals. 12. Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including patient privacy and advertising guidelines. Preferred candidate profile Any Graduate with 10-20 Years of experience in field marketing, CME's, Corporates, Neighborhood.
