Job Description

Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with clinicians through regular communication, visits, and events. Referral Generation: Actively seek and generate patient referrals to the hospital by effectively showcasing its services and capabilities. Marketing and Outreach: Develop and implement marketing campaigns, conduct outreach clinics, and participate in industry events to increase awareness of the hospital. Data Management: Maintain an up-to-date database of clinicians for effective engagement and follow-up. Reporting and Analysis: Report on clinician-related activities and outcomes, and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Customer Service: Respond to inquiries and address concerns from clinicians in a timely and professional manner. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Marketing and Patient Relations, to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Role & responsibilities
